How does free shipping work in these countries?

We ship some of our products to each country’s warehouse; therefore, we can ship these products to your home free of charge using a local shipping service.

When I check out, I see e shipping fee charged; how come?

Not all the products are available to ship free yet in each country.
Please also note that sample sizes are not available for free shipping (yet).
Therefore, if you have products that are not listed on the following pages, it will charge you a shipping international shipping charge.

Do I need to pay import tax?

No. Unlike other online sites selling from outside the USA, we take care of all custom taxes and import duties so that you do not have to worry about any of them.

Do I need to pay VAT?

No. Tea is not taxable in your country.

How long does it take to get my item?

It takes from 2-5 days for your items to arrive.

Do you ship your item from Japan?

No. We ship our products from a local warehouse within the country.

How do you ship your items?

We ship our products from a local warehouse in each country using local delivery services.

When I check out, it asks me to pay the shipping fee.

Please ensure that all products in your cart are eligible for free shipping in your country.

Sample Size and Refill Packs are not available for free shipping.
By adding them to the cart, it will not calculate as free shipping on checkout.
