Hojicha - Roasted Japanese Green Tea (ほうじ茶)

Roasted green tea (hojicha ほうじ茶 or houjicha) is roasted green tea which has less caffeine than steamed green tea. Based on how the tea is roasted (temperature, duration, etc.), we were able to retain more catechin than other hojicha in the market.  Click here to learn more about hojicha.
