A few days ago, I was reading about an interesting concept called 'Hygge.' Although the origin of the word 'Hygge' is geographically far away from Japan, when I learned what it was all about - contentment, coziness, and comfort (think candles, soft lights, and warm beverages) shared with loved ones - it instantly made me think of Japanese tea and how we enjoy it!
This concept of Hygge comes from a Scandinavian country known for its delicious pastries, the history of Vikings, contemporary design and architecture, and streets adorned with bicycles, lush forests, and windswept coastlines.
